Please Make Note Of Your Applicant Type Before Choosing Your Application
First-Year, Transfer, International, Readmit, and Non-degree Applicants
- First-year students are (1) freshmen entering after high school and have taken no college coursework beyond summer after high school graduation, or (2) plan to enlist in the military (excluding Air Force) after high school.
- Transfer students have taken college/university courses or have enlisted in the Air Force after the summer following high school graduation, but do not hold a bachelor’s degree.
- International students are not US citizens or US permanent residents and wish to enroll as degree-seeking or non-degree/exchange.
- Readmit students are those who were previously pursuing a degree at SRU and wish to return.
- Non-degree students are looking to take SRU coursework while in high school; or, while enrolled at another college/university and intend to transfer those credits back to their home institution; or, for personal benefit.
Graduate: Domestic, International and Graduate Non-degree Applicants
- Domestic and International graduate students are those who hold a US-equivalent bachelor’s degree and are seeking a graduate degree.
- Graduate Non-degree students are those who hold a US-equivalent bachelor’s degree and plan to take graduate coursework but not earn an SRU degree.
Post-Baccalaureate Applicants
- Post-baccalaureate degree-seeking students are those who hold a US-equivalent bachelor’s degree and are seeking another bachelor’s degree or certificate program.
- Post-baccalaureate Non-degree students are those who hold a US-equivalent bachelor’s degree and are pursuing additional undergraduate coursework to prepare for graduate study; or, for personal benefit; or, for Act 48 credits.
